SQM has completed the container loading and shipment of a fully automatic sanitary napkin production line for an overseas customer. After manufacturing, assembly, and final inspection, the equipment was successfully loaded and prepared for transportation to the customer’s factory.
Before shipment, the SQM technical team carried out machine testing and a final inspection. The equipment operation, production parameters, main components, and auxiliary equipment were checked according to the agreed order requirements.
The customer also conducted an inspection before loading. After checking the equipment condition and configuration, the customer confirmed that the production line met the order requirements and passed the inspection.
The SQM team then prepared the equipment for container loading. The main machine, auxiliary equipment, and related components were arranged according to their size and structure. The equipment was carefully positioned, secured, and protected for transportation, while all components and accessories were checked before loading was completed.
The loaded equipment will now be transported to the customer’s factory for installation and commissioning.
For large production equipment, delivery involves more than manufacturing the machines. Testing, inspection, loading, and transportation preparation are also important parts of the process. With this sanitary napkin production line successfully shipped, the project has now moved to the international transportation and installation stage.
SQM will continue to provide installation, commissioning, and technical support to help the customer bring the production line into operation.
